1. Good reputaion
2. Having a suitable distribution network
3. The possibility of valid collateral(if the CRM commitee recognize it)

The condition of real applicants:

1. having experience in the field of selling autopart and spare part.
2. having a military service card or permanent exemotion(for male applicants)
3. owning the place of business,in case of renting,having a notarized lease for at least two years.In case of not having notarized lease,if the lessor is a first degree relative of applicant,its not hindered by presenting a peace letter and with the approval of CRM commitee

Requirements of legal applicant:

1. The relevance of the company statutes to the field of selling car part and spare parts
2. The manager director has useful work experience in the field of selling autoparts and sapre parts
3. Owning the place of business and in case of renting,having a lease for at least two years,notarized in the name of company

Documents required for sales cooperation contract:

The documents required to conclude sales cooperation agreement with qualified applicants are as follows:

1. The original and copy of ID card and birth certificate ,2 pieces of 3*4 of applicants
2. completed and signed sales representative application form(06-SM-06)
3. The orgiginal business license with relevant image for genuine applicants or original VAT
4. Registration certificate and relevant image for legal applicant bank account
5. Print of the last three month bank account(if requested by the commitee)
6. The original of the ownership dacument or the original of the rental dacument nd their copy
7. Clear picture of the interior and exterior of the applicants office,warehouse or store

Conditions for canceling sales cooperation agreement:

In the following cuses and conditions, the issue of canseling the cooperation contract and and obtaining a licence to sell FGP products willbe reviwed and decided by the company CRM commitee

1. Death of the representative
2. The reoresentative requste that he dose not continue the cooperation.In case of name change or new previleg requset agent who have may not purchase for a year
3. Agent who owe money to the company for 6 months and have not taken any action to settle their debt
4. The requset cancel the agency at the requset of the sales team,citing strong and well founded reasons or according to the customers performance evaluation score
