Brake disc parts are made of cast iron and are not covered with paint and are sensitive to the humidity of the environment. Therefore, the possible observation of rust spots on the surface of the part is completely normal, because in the shortest possible time, its surface will suffer from surface rust at the place of installation. This rust is quite visible on the brake disc that you are going to replace.

Things you should pay attention to during installation to prevent the steering wheel from vibrating when braking:

1. Cleaning, pleating, completely washing the seat of the disc on the wheel hub and ensuring the absence of any contamination and pleats in the desired area
2. Full assurance of the health of the wheel hub
3. Phased and crossed closing of the screws connecting the disk to the hub The screws connecting the disk to the hub must be closed in a stepwise manner and the cross mode should be observed when tightening the screw. Avoid tightening the screws in one step
4. Simultaneous replacement of brake pads and installation of standard pads
5. Wheel balance
6. Ensuring that there is no sway in the wheel rim

It should be noted that cases 5 and 6 show themselves during braking at high speeds and are mistaken for disc lameness.
