One of the important parts in the car engine is the waterpump,which has the task of pumping water in the engine,which prevent the car engine from overheating by constantly circulating water and antifreez in the engine.The waterpump cools the engine by pumping around the engine and cylenders,and this water returns to the radiator after being circulated by the waterpump.

Procedures for replacing the waterpump:

For replacing the waterpump when it is broken or leaking,the engine must be cold and radiator be drianed.First loosen the screw and clamp hoses of upper and lower radiator,then seperate the radiator from the engine,then loosen the screw of fan blade and pulley,and finally screw of the the waterpump pump shell to close waterpump,coat the shell gasket with the grease and tighten the waterpump screw evenly,then set the fan blade and pulley and at last tighten the radiator screw and hoses clamp.

NOTICE:

Water leaking or increase in engine water tempreture amperage are sing of water pump failure.If the water pump is broken,the water tempreture continuse to rise even though the radiator is full,and abnormal noises are heard from the engine.
